• 50% of the payment is required upfront when placing the order, and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the commission.

• The delivery time ranges from 10 to 45 business days — the deadline should be agreed upon when placing the order.
• The entire process (sketch, color sketch, post color sketch wip, etc.) will be sent to the client for approval.
• only adjustments to the sketch and base color will be allowed without aditional fee.
• The final illustration will be delivered via Drive in .png format.

1. General TermsBy commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
My artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
I post commissioned artwork on my social media unless requested otherwise. If you do not want your commission posted, a 10% fee will apply.2. PaymentPayments must be made via PayPal.
50% of the payment is required upfront, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon completion before final delivery.
Prices may vary based on the complexity of the background.Refund cases:If the order is canceled at the sketch stage or I cannot complete the order, 100% of the payment will be refunded.3. Process & RevisionsI will provide a rough sketch, where you are allowed unlimited changes.
After the sketch, you are entitled to small corrections during the project.
Large changes, such as altering the character's pose at an advanced stage, will incur an additional cost to be negotiated.
If the project is too advanced, complex changes will not be accepted.
Once the final artwork is completed, only small changes are allowed.4. Usage & CopyrightI retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it for portfolios, social media, and promotional purposes.
You may not claim my work as your own, resell it, or use it for commercial purposes without prior agreement.
You may post the commissioned artwork online with proper credit to me.
Do not use my work for NFTs, AI training, or any blockchain-related technology.5. Deadlines & DeliveryEstimated delivery time will be discussed before the commission starts.
If you need the artwork by a specific date, let me know in advance; rush fees may apply.
I am not responsible for delays due to lack of communication from the client.6. Cancellation & RefundsIf I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
No refunds will be given for completed artwork.7. Artist’s RightsI retain full copyright and authorship of all created artwork, unless explicitly transferred in writing.I have the right to display, publish, and promote the commissioned piece as part of my portfolio, unless the client has requested privacy (a 10% fee applies).I may refuse to include elements that go against my personal, ethical, or artistic standards.I reserve the right to reuse sketches, ideas, or rejected concepts for future projects.I am not responsible for any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized distribution of my artwork by third parties.8. Buyer’s RightsThe buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposesThe buyer may display, print, or share the artwork with proper credit to the artist.The buyer has the right to request privacy for the artwork (subject to the mentioned fee).
